what you will learn

embodied experience of centered therapeutic presence
basic craniosacral protocol that includes all the basic components of an integrative craniosacral practice
knowledge of history & lineage of craniosacral therapy
our vision
craniosacral therapy has led us towards life changing self / mind / body awareness. as practitioners, we have never been to a craniosacral training that centered bipoc experiences and knowledge. bipoc communities often need nervous system support, especially existing within harmful and limiting systems.
even though craniosacral therapy was developed by western osteopathic doctors, its spirit comes from indigenous and shamanic wisdom. by making this work accessible to more people, it empowers more people to be connected to tools and care that support ourselves and our loved ones. while navigating states of crisis - prioritizing our bodies and community can help shift how we feel and relate to ourselves and each other.
